针对当前新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情，中国正积极采取有效措施全力抗击疫情，全面开展防控。学院深切关心每一位外国留学生的健康与平安，第一时间部署安排，科学有序、从严从实开展疫情防控。

In view of the current situation ofCoronavirus Pneumonia, China is now actively taking effective measures to fight against the epidemic and carry out comprehensive prevention and control. Our college is deeply concerned about health and safety of each international student. Instant arrangements are made for the epidemic prevention and control in a scientific, orderly and strict manner.

当前，抗击新冠肺炎疫情已进入关键时期，需要每一位留学生积极配合，并共同承担抗击疫情这一全球责任。在此，我们建议：

At present, the epidemic prevention and control is in the critical period, which needs the active cooperation of every international student to overcome the difficulty together, and shouldering the common responsibility of fighting against the epidemic and building a community with a shared future. Here, we would like to make the following suggestions.

1. 加强自我防护，外出须佩戴口罩。学习正确有效的防控知识，增强卫生健康意识。除工作需要和生活必须外，尽量不出门、少出门，做到不串门、不聚餐、不聚集，避免到人员密集公共场所。

2. Do well in safety protection and wear a mask when you go out. Learn correct and effective prevention and control knowledge and enhance hygiene and health awareness. No visiting, no gathering and no going out whenever possible. Minimize unnecessary outdoor activities and avoid crowded public areas. Eschew visits, group meals and mass gatherings.

   2.遵守学院安排,所有留学生不要提前返校。具体开学时间等学院确定后，将提前通告。学院内实行封闭管理，在校留学生一律不得出校园。为做好疫情防控，切实保障同学们的健康和安全，寒假期间留学生宿舍已禁止一切外来人员入内。

   2.Comply with the college arrangements, all international students should not return to the college in advance.The exact opening time of the college is to be announced to you in advance when it is determined. The campus of the college is under closed management, and international students on campus are not allowed to leave. To guarantee students’ health and safety, all outsiders are forbidden to enter the international students’ dormitory building.

   3.请同学们保持联系方式畅通,如果你们遇到困难，请第一时间与我们联系。疫情防控期间，学院将实时统计同学们的身体状况，请大家认真配合、及时上报。如果你身边同学若有患病请积极配合做好通报排查和隔离工作。

During the epidemic prevention and control period, the college will collect information regarding students' physical condition. Please cooperate and report the information requested in a timely manner. If students around you have above symptoms, please help to report and take certain isolation methods.

   4.为保证疫情防控期间教学进度和教学质量，学院目前已采用在线教学。同学们可以通过网络教学平台参加在线听课学习，完成相关练习任务，为后期的学习打牢基础。

   4. In order to ensure the teaching progress and quality during the period of epidemic prevention and control, the college is already using online teaching. You can take part in online learning, and practice tasks through the online teaching platform, and lay a solid foundation for later learning.
